The HESG Summer 2018 Meeting took place at Mercure Bristol Holland House, Bristol over three days from 12 pm on 20th June to 1 pm on 22nd June 2018.

- Wednesday 20th June – 12 pm arrival and registration with lunch, afternoon sessions, evening dinner at Mercure Bristol Holland House.
- Thursday 21st June – Full meeting day with refreshments and lunch, evening dinner at Bristol Marriott Royal
- Friday 22nd June – Morning sessions with packed lunch then close at 1 pm.
