Meeting schedule
The HESG Summer Meeting will take place on the University of East Anglia campus, Norwich, over three days from 12 p.m. on 3rd July to 1 p.m. on 5th July 2019.

- Wednesday 3rd July – 12 p.m. arrival and registration with lunch, afternoon sessions, evening drinks and barbecue.
- Thursday 4th July – Full day of sessions with refreshments and lunch, city tour buses to evening dinner at the Banking Hall, OPEN, Norwich.
- Friday 5th July – Morning session then close at 1 p.m. with packed lunch.

Venue and accommodation
En-suite single bed accommodation is provided in the registration fee for two nights (Wednesday 3rd July and Thursday 4th July) at the meeting venue, University of East Anglia. Alternatively, a reduced registration fee is available for those who do not require accommodation or wish to find their own.
