The HESG Summer Meeting will take place at Best Western Plus The Quays Hotel, Sheffield, over three days from 22nd June to 24th June 2022.

• Wednesday 22nd June – ECR registration and ECR meeting, main registration and lunch, afternoon sessions, refreshments, Plenary at Kelham Island Museum with buffet and wine reception.
• Thursday 23rd June – Breakfast, morning sessions, refreshments, lunch, Posters, HoD Meeting, afternoon sessions, refreshments, Members meeting, dinner and drinks at Cutlers’ Hall.
• Friday 24th June – Breakfast, morning sessions, refreshments, packed lunch.

Venue and accommodation

The conference will be held at the Best Western Plus The Quays Hotel Sheffield, set on a scenic waterfront location near a vibrant city centre. Overlooking the cobbled quayside in a former industrial heartland of the city, conference guests will stay at the hotel, which is a prominent venue on the historic Victoria Quays.
