The Health Economists’ Study Group Winter 2019 Meeting will be hosted by the Centre for Health Economics (CHE) at the University of York, from 7th-9th January 2019.
The HESG Winter Meeting will take place at the Principal York Hotel, York over three days from 12 p.m. on 7th January to 1 p.m. on 9th January 2019.
A pre-conference short-course will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday 7th January. Please visit the University of York website for more information.
A full programme will be available in due course.
- Monday 7th January – 12 p.m. arrival and registration with lunch, afternoon sessions, evening drinks and buffet reception followed by the plenary session in tribute to Professor Alan Maynard in the Principal York Hotel Events Centre.
- Tuesday 8th January – Full day of sessions with refreshments and lunch, evening dinner at Merchant Adventurers Hall.
- Wednesday 9th January – Morning sessions then close at 1 p.m. with packed lunch.

Delegates will be able to download all accepted papers for this meeting in due course.
Venue and Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in the registration fee for two nights (Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th) at the meeting venue, the Principal York Hotel. York railway station is a 2-minute walk from the meeting venue.
