Winter 2022: University of Leeds

The Health Economists’ Study Group Winter 2022 Meeting will be hosted by the University of Leeds, from 5th-7th January 2022.

Meeting schedule

The HESG Winter Meeting will take place at The DoubleTree by Hilton, Leeds, over three days from lunch on 5th January to lunch on 7th January 2022.

• Wednesday 5th January – lunch, afternoon sessions, members’ meeting, Poster Session 1 (with Welcome Drinks), 50th Anniversary Celebration evening (drinks and canapes at hotel).
• Thursday 6th January – breakfast, morning sessions, lunch, afternoon sessions, Conference Plenary Session (Prof Gillian Leng) followed by dinner at hotel.
• Friday 7th January – breakfast, morning sessions, lunch (packed to take away).

Venue and accommodation

The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, situated on Granary Wharf between Liverpool Canal and Leeds Railway Station. The modern hotel, which will also provide accommodation for the conference guests, overlooks the revitalized waterfront, an architecturally significant area known for popular dining spots and entertainment.
