The Health Economists’ Study Group Winter 2025 Meeting was hosted by the University of Bristol, from 8th-10th January 2025.

Meeting schedule

The HESG Winter Meeting took place at the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, Bristol, over three days from 12 p.m. on 8th January to 1 p.m. on 10th January 2025. There was a pre-meeting training session from 9:30 a.m. on 8th January.

• Wednesday 8th January – 12 p.m. lunch, afternoon sessions, evening social event at a nearby venue.
• Thursday 9th January – Morning sessions, refreshments, lunch, afternoon sessions, and dinner.
• Friday 10th January – Morning sessions followed by packed lunch and close at 1 p.m.

Venue and accommodation

The meeting was held at the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, a newly renovated Grade II listed building from 1856 hosting the largest ballroom in the city centre. The hotel is just one mile from Bristol Temple Meads stations.
